Privacy policy

Tally is a product of Artemis (helloartemis.com). This page says what we collect on this site, why, and what your choices are — in plain English, because that's how we do everything.

What we collect

What you give us. If you request a report or leave your email, we receive your email address, your browser's user-agent string (which helps us filter spam), which form you used, and the time you submitted. If you request the report through the calculator, we also receive your six answers — business type, revenue, owner earnings (or that you asked us to estimate them), and the three risk answers — because the personalized report is written from them. We store all of it in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and we don't ask for or store your business's name at this stage.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site — pages viewed, which category tabs you explore, approximate location, and device/browser info, collected via cookies. When you use the calculator we send the step you reached, your business type, and the multiple range we showed you as event parameters — never your email, and never the dollar figures you typed. We use this in aggregate, not to identify you.

Advertising measurement. We may advertise Tally on platforms like Google and Meta. Those platforms may set cookies or pixels on this site to measure whether their ads led to a visit or signup, per their own privacy policies.

How we use it

Two things only: to contact you about Tally's launch and early access at the email you gave us, and to measure interest in Tally in aggregate. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing. We won't add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Who processes it

Service providers that make this site run: Google (Workspace, Analytics, Firebase hosting, ads measurement) and Meta (ads measurement). Each processes data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

For the duration of Tally's pre-launch program. Want your info gone sooner? One email and it's deleted.

Your choices

Email legal@helloartemis.com to access, correct, or delete anything you've given us. To opt out of Google Analytics, use the GA opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser — the waitlist form works fine without them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
